LAH (Laser Assisted Hatching)

Laser-assisted hatching is used to help the embryo to hatch from its outer protective shell, the zona pellucida, and promote implantation after embryo transfer. LAH uses a focused infrared laser beam to remove the zona pellucida in exact accession. LAH requires less handling of embryos compared to the other conventional hatching methods, and it is also faster than any other available methods.
